PTI reports the CEO of Krishna District Co-operative Central Bank in Andhra Pradesh has been taken into custody for taking a bribe of Rs 1,00,000 quoting the anti-corruption bureau police.
The CEO was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe. Police say a case had been registered.
The cooperative bank functionary was taking the money sanctioning Rs 7.58 lakh to the complainant for publishing and printing stationery.
