The Cooperative Election Authority (CEA) at the central level has approved the election of the Board of Directors of Kerala-based Central Financial Credit and Investment Cooperative Limited (CFCICI), one of the state’s leading multi-state credit cooperatives.
The elections were held unopposed, with all 10 board seats being filled without contest. The CEA gave its formal approval to the results on Thursday.
In the general category, the elected members are Ajith Kumar Paleri, Arun M, Firose Yoosaf, Jithesh V, Jose T.G., Prince Mathew, and Saji S. From the women’s category, Ms. Mini Joy and Ms. Jaisy Xavier were elected, while Ms. Ammini secured the seat reserved for the SC/ST category.
CFCICI is a multi-state cooperative society registered with the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, in accordance with the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002.
The society operates branches across Kerala and Karnataka, providing financial and credit services to its members.
