CA Pranali Dharadhar has been officially appointed as the Managing Director of NKGSB Co-operative Bank, effective from February 24, 2025.
A seasoned Chartered Accountant with a diploma in IFRS (ACCA, U.K.), she brings over 21 years of expertise in the co-operative banking sector.
Mrs. Dharadhar has held key executive positions across various departments, including Audit, Finance & Taxation, Trade Finance, Risk Management, AML, and Credit.
She joined NKGSB Co-operative Bank as Chief Financial Officer in April 2022 and was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in May 2024, serving as the interim Managing Director until her recent appointment.
