Senior BJP leader and former Member of Parliament Brijbhushan Sharan Singh on Monday visited the office of the Bihar State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited (BISCOMAUN) in Patna.
On his arrival, he was accorded a warm welcome and felicitation by BISCOMAUN Chairman Vishal Singh, who is also his son-in-law, along with members of the Board of Directors including Ramesh Chaubey, Mahesh Rai, Vinay Sahani, and other officials of the federation.
Expressing his gratitude, Brijbhushan Sharan Singh said he was deeply moved by the cordial reception. He praised BISCOMAUN’s contribution to strengthening the cooperative movement in Bihar and underlined the critical role of cooperatives in supporting farmers, rural development and economic empowerment.
During the visit, the former MP also paid floral tribute to the statue of late leader Shri Tapeswar Babu, remembering his contribution to the cooperative sector.
He offered prayers for the success and bright future of the BISCOMAUN leadership and expressed hope that the organisation would undertake historic initiatives in the interest of cooperatives.
