BISCOMAUN employees threaten to stall work

While Bihar Marketing Cooperative- Biscomaun’s Chairman Sunil Kumar Singh is on a tour abroad Biscomaun’s employees are up in arms over their long pending demands like increment in salary, cancellation of suspension of employees without inquiry and withdrawal of contractual conditions for regular employees.

Addressing a press conference in Patna, Biscomaun Karmachari Kalyan Samiti’s chairman Jai shankar Kumar said if the employees’ demands are not met direct action would be the only recourse left for them.

Soon after the press meet, Kumar talked to Indian cooperative listing out their demands and explaining their strategy to compel the Biscomaun management to address their issues.

Kumar further told Indian cooperative that their multiple letters urging the management to fulfil their demands have elicited no response so far. He accused Sunil Kumar Singh and MD R.P Singh of doing injustice to employees. He called upon the state government to intervene in the matter without delay.

More than 150 employees were present during the press conference.
