A three-day training programme on “Business Diversification and Profit Planning”, organised by the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Kolkata, was inaugurated on Monday, in Bodh Gaya.
The programme was formally inaugurated by the Managing Director of Bihar State Cooperative Bank (BSCB), along with the Deputy General Manager of NABARD and the Chairman of Magadh District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB).
The training programme aims to strengthen the financial performance of cooperative banks by focusing on diversification of business activities and effective profit planning strategies.
Managing Directors of various District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) and other senior officials from the cooperative banking sector are participating in the programme.
The initiative reflects continued efforts to build managerial capacity and promote sound financial practices within the cooperative banking system.
