On Monday, Bihar State Cooperative Bank (BSCB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AFC India Limited to strengthen financial awareness and capacity building among its customers.
Under the agreement, a series of capacity building and awareness programmes will be conducted across the state, focusing on financial literacy, financial inclusion, and digital awareness. The initiative aims to equip cooperative bank customers with improved understanding of banking services, digital transactions, and financial management practices.
The MoU was signed in the presence of BSCB Chairman Ramesh Chandra Chaubey, along with the Managing Director and other senior officials.
The partnership is expected to play a key role in bridging the knowledge gap, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas, and promoting the adoption of digital banking services.
