Bihar State Cooperative Bank organised a three-day “Finacle Training” programme for officers and employees of state and district central cooperative banks at the DNS Cooperative Institute.
The training programme was aimed at strengthening digital banking capabilities and improving operational efficiency within the cooperative banking sector.
Participants received practical exposure to the Finacle banking platform, which is widely used for core banking operations, transaction management, customer services, and digital banking functions.
Officials said the initiative was designed to enhance the technical skills of cooperative bank staff and ensure smoother implementation of modern banking systems across cooperative institutions in Bihar. The programme also focused on improving service delivery, transparency, and financial management in cooperative banks.
