Bihar Cooperation Minister Dr Prem Kumar laid the foundation stone for the construction of 200 MT and 500 MT capacity warehouses in two PACS of Buxar district on Wednesday.
On this occasion, he also took stock of the situation in the present update about the computerization of PACS.
The construction of these warehouses is a significant step towards improving the infrastructure available to farmers in Buxar.
The new facilities are expected to alleviate storage issues, ensuring that agricultural produce can be stored safely and efficiently, thereby reducing post-harvest losses and improving farmers’ incomes.
