BDCC Bank: Rs 520 Cr Deposit surge under Jolle

One of Karnataka’s largest district central cooperative banks, the Belagavi District Central Cooperative Bank (BDCC Bank), unveiled a series of new schemes at a grand function held at CPED Ground in Belagavi on Wednesday.

Addressing the gathering, Balachandra Jarkiholi, Chairman of BEMUL and MLA from Arabhavi, urged customers not to believe misinformation about the bank.

He assured that under the leadership of Minister Satish Jarkiholi and Bank President Annasaheb Jolle, the institution would function transparently and responsibly.

Jolle announced that the bank has recorded a Rs 520–544 crore surge in deposits within three months, taking total deposits to Rs 5,601 crore. He said the target is to make BDCC Bank the number one cooperative bank in the country.

New initiatives include 0% interest crop loans through PACS, 3% tractor and pipeline loans, health and life insurance coverage, and pension schemes for employees. Jolle expressed confidence that BDCC Bank will soon surpass national benchmarks in the cooperative banking sector.
