One of the leading urban cooperative banks of Maharashtra-Bassein Catholic Cooperative Bank achieved a business mix of Rs 12,712 crore and earned a net profit to the tune of Rs 76.58 crore as on 31st March 2023.
The bank announces plans to conduct its Annual General Meeting on 20th August 2023. Meanwhile, Indian Cooperative got a copy of the bank’s Audit Report for 2022-2023.
According to the Audit report, the deposits of the bank grew from Rs 7,970 crore (2021-22) to Rs 8,159 crore as on 31st March 2023 whereas advances increased from Rs 4,155 crore to Rs 4,553 crore in the 2022-23 FY.
The bank has a network of 63 branches in different parts of Maharashtra. It bears recall that Benauld Dias had become the Chairman of the bank, replacing Ryan Fernandes.
