Maharashtra based Bassein Catholic Cooperative Bank finally constituted a nine member Board of Management last week.
Out of nine BOM members, five are new members who are experts in fields like CA and lawyering and the rest four are the board members.
The five members are Julies Machado, John Pereira, Denis Dias, Anthony Gonsalves, Godfrey Fareira and the four members who are from the board include, Onil Almeida, Sunil Dmello, Pius Machado and Rupesh Rodrigues.
It bears recall that earlier the rumour was that RBI has tightened the screw on the UCB citing its deteriorating performances and by issuing a Supervisory Action Framework.
