Haryana Cooperation Minister Banwari Lal has called for promoting business and commercial activities in cooperative federation by opening combined milk societies, dairy Sheds and modern HAFED markets in every village to generate more jobs for youth and women, according to media reports.
The Minister was presiding over the review meeting of the officers of the Cooperative Federation.
According to the minister, modern HAFED markets are already being opened in 12 cities of the state.
Similarly, 5,000 villages have been identified to open combined milk societies and dairy sheds.
