Readers would note the JIFCO plant counts the largest producer of phosphoric acid complex in the world. Operational from December 2014 the first consignment of 10,000 tons of Phosphoric Acid from JIFCO Jordan was loaded on the Ship in June 2014 for transportation to IFFCO Plant, Kandla, India.
It may be recalled that the JIFCO plant was inaugurated by President of India Pranab Mukherjee and King of Jordan King Abdullah last year.
