Udai Shankar Awasthi participated in a seminar on “Transparency and Integrity in Elections of Multi-State Cooperative Societies” organised by the Cooperative Election Authority.
During the event, Awasthi interacted with several senior leaders and experienced representatives from the cooperative sector and held discussions on strengthening democratic processes within cooperative institutions.
He expressed gratitude to D. K. Singh for inviting him and providing an opportunity for meaningful dialogue on issues concerning cooperative governance.
Awasthi also met a number of prominent cooperative leaders including Jyotindrabhai Mehta, Satish Marathe, S. S. Yadav, Sudhakar Choudhary, Harshvardhan Patil and Dhananjay Singh.
Participants emphasised the importance of transparent and fair elections for strengthening multi-state cooperative institutions.
