Haryana government would soon organize a state-level cooperative day to bring information to the public about the cooperative movement and its benefits, reports Times of India.
According to Haryana State Cooperative Development Federation (Harcofed), chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar would be chief guest on the occasion and Minister of state for cooperation will preside over the function.
A source close to Harcofed is quoted as saying the topic of the week this year is “Sehkaritaon Ke Madhyam Se Make in India.
Haryana has about 29,000 cooperative societies functioning in the state, a source is quoted as claiming.
