Assets of Rs 11,103 cr mortgaged with PMC

HT reports assets worth ?11,102.57 crore owned by the HDIL group have been mortgaged with the scam tainted PMC Bank, HDIL promoter Sarang Wadhawan said this through an affidavit filed in Bombay high court.

Wadhawan said the group companies own no property abroad. He has made public a list of 69 immovable and 33 movable properties belonging either to HDIL or 26 of its subsidiaries.

EOW had earlier registered a case in connection with the scam at the PMC bank accusing the bank functionaries for giving huge loans to HDIL and its group companies.
