A news outlet reports Miao branch of the Arunachal Pradesh State Cooperative Apex Bank in Changlang district has run into a crisis following the rumour the bank is likely to go bankrupt.
Defying the lock down rules, scores of customers rushed into the bank to withdraw their money.
Most of the customers had MGNREGA job cards and old-age pension documents.
