In an initiative to promote well-being and mindfulness, The Art of Living commenced the first day of a four-day meditation and yoga workshop for officials of the Ministry of Cooperation at Atal Akshay Urja Bhawan, New Delhi.
The sessions focused on simple, practical techniques designed to foster inner peace, enhance mental clarity, and support overall rejuvenation. Participants engaged in guided meditation practices and yoga exercises tailored to reduce stress and improve focus.
