The Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (APCOB) successfully organised “Sahakara Utsav 3.0” from 25 to 28 December 2025, bringing together employees from across the State for four vibrant days of sports and cultural celebrations.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation in a wide range of competitions, including Cricket, Badminton, Chess, Carroms, Volleyball, Athletics, Solo Dance and Singing, reflecting strong team spirit and camaraderie among cooperative employees.
The Person-in-Charge (PIC), APCOB, graced the valedictory function as the Chief Guest. The Guests of Honour included the PIC of Krishna District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB), Managing Director of APCOB, Additional Registrar from the Cooperation Department, Regional Director of NCDC, and the Chief Executive Officers of Krishna, Kurnool and Nellore DCCBs.
Addressing the gathering, the PIC of APCOB appreciated the active participation and sportsmanship displayed by employees. He stated that Sahakara Utsav symbolises the unity and emotional bonding within the cooperative system, adding that such initiatives help foster joy, positivity and relief from routine work pressures.
More than 700 participants took part in the various events. Employees shared that the festival provided a refreshing break, enhanced motivation and strengthened their sense of belonging beyond the workplace.
Sahakara Utsav is APCOB’s flagship employee-engagement initiative aimed at promoting wellness, unity and celebrating diverse talents across institutions such as MABARD, the Cooperation Department, NCDC, APCOB and District Cooperative Central Banks.
