The Andhra Pradesh cabinet chaired by the state chief minister Chandrababu Naidu has approved the Agriculture and Cooperation Department’s proposal seeking the government assurance to avail a Rs 3,200 crore loan from the NCDC for the fiscal year 2024-25.
The meeting was held at the secretariat on Tuesday.
Since the inception till 31.03.2024, NCDC has provided total disbursement of Rs 31,277.52 crore benefitting various cooperative projects/units in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
It bears recalling that during FY 2023-24, NCDC has sanctioned and released Rs 5000 crore as working capital loan to AP MARKFED for Paddy procurement and this program is implemented by AP MARKED in association with Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.
