The strategy of direct supply has been adopted to overcome the problem arising out of the coronavirus lock down. Ice-creams are the product most in demand in the housing societies.
GCMMF MD R.S.Sodhi said direct supply of milk and milk products to residents has proved to be a profitable business model.
The Gujarat dairy cooperative supplies to over 500 residential societies in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad and some other cities.
