Gujarat based National Institute of Cooperative Management (NICM) organized two day “Leadership Development & Capacity Building” programme for the board members of Amreli Jilla Madhyastha Sahakari Bank.
The main objective of the programme was to provide the participants with an opportunity to learn and solve the challenges faced during conducting the banking business.
Speaking at the inaugural session Bank’s Chairman Dileep Sanghani said the knowledge gained during the training programme should be utilized in the work places by the participants.
Soon after the programme, Sanghani shared the details through social media writing “National Institute of Cooperative Management (NICM) organized the “Leadership Development and Capacity Building” training programme for the board directors of Amreli Jilla Madhyastha Sahakari Bank.
Bank is having 71 branches in Amreli District of Gujarat.
