Ghanshyam Amin, Chairman of the Gujarat State Cooperative Union (GSCU), paid a courtesy visit to the State Minister for Agriculture and Cooperation, Jitubhai Vaghani.
During the meeting, Amin presented the Minister with his self-authored book, Gujarat Cooperative Societies Act, 1961, which provides a comprehensive overview of the state’s cooperative legal framework.
The interaction included discussions on strengthening cooperative institutions, improving governance and enhancing awareness of cooperative legislation in Gujarat. The gesture was seen as a step towards promoting informed policymaking and reinforcing the role of cooperatives in the state’s agricultural and rural development landscape.
