NCUI’s Governing Council Member and Gujarat State Cooperative Union Chairman G H Amin recently visited the apex body cooperative education field project in Andaman & Nicobar Island and took stock of the situation.
During his visit, he also paid a courtesy call on the Lieutenant Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Admiral D K Joshi and presented his Biography ” MARU JIVAN ANJALI THAJO ” to the Lieutenant Governor.
NCUI’s Port Blair Field Project, Project Officer Surendra Nath Singh along with his team gave a rousing welcome to Amin.
G H Amin interacted with members of various SHGs & cooperative societies of the region and had fruitful discussions on activities & issues related to cooperative products, marketing & income.
On this occasion, Amin observed the products prepared by SHGs, displayed in the office complex.
He also visited Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Union, and Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Bank. Amin also visited a stall run by members of an SHG promoted by the NCUI Field Project, and appreciated sea-shell items & artificial jewellery displayed for sale.
