Ahmedabad DCCB earns Rs 96cr; Mehta greets Patel

Gujarat based Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank crossed the business mix of more than Rs 14,000 crore and earned a net profit of around Rs 96 crore in the 2022-23 FY.

Besides, the Bank has been able to maintain its NPA below 0.50 percent. Sharing the figures one of the top officials of the bank posted on Facebook, “It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that our ADC bank has achieved a momentous milestone in the financial year 2022-23”.

“This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the visionary leadership of our esteemed Chairman Shri Ajaybhai Patel, and the relentless efforts of our board of directors, who have always strived towards the bank’s growth and success”, reads the post.

The ADC bank is wholly controlled by the leaders of BJP and Ajay H Patel doubles as the Chairman of the Gujarat State Cooperative Bank and as the Chairman of the ADC Bank.

Nafcub President Jyotindra Mehta also greeted Patel and his team for such a spectacular performance.

It bears recall that the Bank was in news when it filed a defamation case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on the issue of demonetization.
