Aditya Anagha Multi-State hosts offsite leadership training

Maharashtra based Aditya Anagha Multi-State Credit Co-operative Society recently hosted a first leadership and training offsite at the royal Noormahal Palace, Karnal. The two-day retreat brought together top-performing employees for an immersive experience blending learning, inspiration, and celebration.

Day one featured an in-depth session on Human Resource practices and a motivational address by speaker Vikas Jain, urging participants to adopt a “Top 1%” mindset and cultivate internal drive.

On the second day, sessions focused on Loans, Accounts, Funds, Deposits, and Digital Transformation, equipping attendees with sharper insights for their roles.

A highlight of the event was the presence of Bollywood actor Mahima Chaudhary, who presented certificates to participants and praised the society’s inclusive and creative culture. Founder Chairperson Mrs. Anagha Saraf closed the retreat with a call to uphold team spirit, honesty, and self-motivation.

The offsite marked a significant step in Aditya Anagha’s mission to nurture ethical, future-ready leaders for the cooperative sector, according to a press release from the society.
