BJP leader of opposition Suvendu Adhikari is losing control over cooperative banks under duress. He has now lost the chairman’s post at Contai Cooperative Bank.
Some time ago, he was removed as chairman of Vidyasagar Central Cooperative Bank, Midnapore.
Sources say Adhikari is the victim of a political witch hunt being carried out by Mamta Banerjee in West Bengal in the wake of the assembly elections.
