If the burglar alarm had not worked a primary cooperative agricultural bank at Attur in Tamil Nadu would have been burgled.
Police say someone tried to enter the building of the bank in order to steal things. The equipment that makes loud noise got activated when the burglar switched on the light while illegally entering the bank building.
Police investigation is in progress and the burglar is likely to be arrested.
