Mumbai police said some criminals burgled a cooperative bank in Andheri and stole Rs 43 lakhs in cash. The heist took place when the bank was closed for the weekend.
The co-op bank is located at Marol Maroshi locality in Andheri of Mumbai.
The police suspect that the bank staff has some connection with the crime because the CCTV had been switched off.
Investigation is in progress and the police is looking at all possible angles.
