Aditya-Anagha Board elected Unopposed; CEA approves

The Office of the Cooperative Election Authority (CEA) under the Ministry of Cooperation has approved the election of the 11-member Board of Directors of Aditya-Anagha Multi-State Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., Nagpur, paving the way for the formal declaration of results and the election of office bearers later this month.

According to the CEA’s approval, all 11 directors were elected unopposed, reflecting a unanimous mandate. The new Board comprises eight General category directors, two women directors and one SC/ST representative.

The elected members are Anagha Saraf, Ashok Ambarte, Kavita Kaushik, Mangesh Sawde, Prashant Ghui, Sanjay Deshmukh, Shridhar Lande, Vishal Gurao, Vrunda Saraf, Seema Sahasrabhojnee and Kishor Changole.

The CEA has revised the remaining election schedule. The formal declaration of the Board election results is slated for July 21, while the election programme for office bearers will be announced on July 23. The meeting of the newly constituted Board and the election of office bearers are scheduled for July 24.
