In a major step towards strengthening professional education in the cooperative sector, Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, has announced admissions for its newly launched Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Programme for the 2026-2030 academic session.
The premier cooperative management institute has introduced the specialised undergraduate programme with streams in Cooperative Banking & Finance and Agri Business.
According to the institute, the AICTE-approved programme, affiliated with Tribhuvan Sahkari University, has been designed with an industry-oriented curriculum focusing on internships, live projects, practical exposure and skill development. The four-year course will consist of eight semesters and aims to prepare students for careers in cooperative banking, agri-business, rural finance and allied sectors.
VAMNICOM said the programme will emphasise holistic development, expert faculty guidance and industry exposure while helping students build a strong foundation in business administration and cooperative management.
Students who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination can apply. Admissions will be based on UG-CUET, IPMAT, UGAT or JPMAT 2026 scores followed by a personal interview. The last date to apply is June 30, 2026.
