Belagavi District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd announced a strong financial performance for FY 2025–26 during a press conference held in Belagavi.
During the year, the bank mobilised fresh deposits of Rs 616 crore, taking its total deposits to Rs 6,703 crore. Strengthening its outreach, the bank opened 8 new branches, raising its network to 112 branches, and successfully implemented a Core Banking System across all operations.
The bank also introduced key welfare measures for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), including health, life, and accident insurance coverage for their staff. In addition, the Yashasvini scheme has been extended to 3.64 lakh farmers and their family members across the district.
Continuing its focus on farmer-centric initiatives, the bank is steadily progressing on a growth trajectory. It reported a net profit of Rs 56.25 crore for the current financial year.
