In a significant development, the General Manager of the District Cooperative Bank, P.S. Dhanwal, was suspended with immediate effect over alleged irregularities. Reviewing multiple departments, the Chief Minister expressed strong displeasure over administrative lapses. He asserted that responsibility begins with appointment and warned that negligence in public service will not be tolerated.
