A major push to rural development and the cooperative sector was witnessed in Pragpura, Paota, with the grand inauguration of a Sahakar SuperMart during a farmer conference organized by the local cooperative society.

Rajasthan’s Minister of State (Independent Charge) Gautam Kumar Dak inaugurated the facility and dedicated development projects worth Rs 1.01 crore to the public.

Key infrastructure, including a farmer service center, warehouse, custom hiring center, and office building, was launched along with advanced initiatives like an IFFCO drone service. The event witnessed strong participation from farmers, public representatives, and officials.

Addressing the gathering, Dak highlighted that cooperatives are the backbone of farmers’ economic empowerment, aligning with the vision of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah to achieve “Sahkar Se Samriddhi.”

He also announced a 500 MT warehouse and harvesting support. The new mart is expected to benefit over 3,500 cooperative members with affordable goods and modern agricultural services.
