The Cooperative Bank Employees Union Uttar Pradesh held a meeting of its state executive committee on Saturday, through the Zoom platform to discuss issues concerning employees of cooperative banks in the state.

The virtual meeting was attended by unit presidents and secretaries from various districts across Uttar Pradesh, along with members of the union’s state executive and the organisation’s state patron. During the meeting, participants shared their views and raised several concerns related to employees’ welfare and service conditions.

After detailed discussions, the union leadership said several important decisions were taken to address the problems faced by cooperative bank employees. Leaders emphasized the need for collective efforts to resolve long-pending issues affecting staff.

The union also decided that if its demands are not addressed promptly, it will soon launch a statewide agitation to press for the resolution of employees’ concerns across the cooperative banking sector in the state.
