The National Dairy ERP (NDERP) was successfully launched at the Indore Cooperative Milk Union (IDS) under the guidance of Dr. Meenesh C. Shah, Chairman, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), marking a significant step towards digital transformation in the cooperative dairy sector.
The launch event was attended by Dr. Sanjay Govani, Managing Director, MP State Cooperative Dairy Federation (MPCDF) (online), senior officials of NDDB and MPCDF (online), Balbir Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, Indore Milk Union, along with officers and employees of IDS. Ritesh Chaudhary, Head–IT, MPCDF, was also present.
The advanced ERP system was implemented in a record period of just one month, reflecting the efficiency, dedication, and technical excellence of NDDB, MPCDF, and the Indore Milk Union team.
The NDERP will enable real-time data analysis, integrated management of procurement, production, distribution, and accounts, improved transparency, time efficiency, productivity, and accountability, while advancing the goals of Digital India.
The initiative is expected to enhance operational efficiency at IDS and serve as a model for dairy digitisation across Madhya Pradesh.
