Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd., Pune (JSBL) has selected the TCS BaNCS™ Global Banking Platform to modernize its core and digital banking operations and deliver a next-generation banking experience to its customers.
Under this partnership, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will deploy an integrated and scalable banking platform covering core banking, digital channels, payments, trade finance, and AML/KYC compliance.
The transformation will enable JSBL to offer seamless Omni channel services across web, mobile, and branch touchpoints, while improving operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance in line with Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
The new platform will support faster product launches, digital onboarding, self-service capabilities, and API-driven integrations, helping the Bank expand its digital ecosystem and enhance customer experience.
