The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chhattisgarh, has authorised Shashikant Dwivedi to exercise the powers of the Board of Directors of the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd., Raipur.
The decision follows a recommendation made by the Inquiry Committee constituted under Section 49(8) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, read with Rule 43-Kha (3) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Rules, 1962. The recommendation was approved in the meeting of the Inquiry Committee held on February 3, 2026.
Based on the committee’s recommendation, the Registrar has issued an order authorising Shashikant Dwivedi to exercise the powers of the Board of the Federation under Section 49(8) of the Act. The authorisation shall remain in force until further orders.
The order was issued on February 3, 2026, under the signature and official seal of Kuldeep Sharma, Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chhattisgarh.
