Sarhad Dairy on Monday organised a review meeting with staff from its Milk Chilling Centre, Milk Processing Plant and office departments to assess ongoing operations and plan ahead for the forthcoming season.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the dairy’s input services and advance preparedness to ensure smooth functioning in the coming months. Emphasis was laid on coordinated planning across departments to strengthen efficiency in procurement and processing.
Officials also provided guidance to employees on improving milk procurement practices, highlighting the need for quality, timely collection and stronger engagement with milk producers.
The review meeting formed part of Sarhad Dairy’s regular monthly interactions with staff, aimed at streamlining operations, addressing challenges at the field level and reinforcing the cooperative’s commitment to sustainable dairy development in the region.
