Ours is plot owner bungalow CHS society. After death of my father, the original member the society transferred the share certificate in the name of my mother (nominee).
I approached tahsildar for adding/deleting name of myself, my two married sisters and mother.
In 7/12 utara Tahasildar has done 2 mutations
As per Hindu succession act he added all four names (myself+ two married daughters+ mother) in 7-12.
Secondly I got registered Hakka Sod Patra from my two married sisters in our favour (mother & me). Tahsildar accordingly deleted 2 married sisters name.
I have now approached society to add my name a second name in share certificate. My query is whether in plot owner bungalow society in case of inherited property legal heir’s name is to be added in share certificate.

You can join as a second holder of shares by paying entrance fee of Rs 100 and applying (jointly with original shareholder) for associate membership.
