Madhya Pradesh Cooperation Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang conducted a comprehensive departmental review meeting and issued important directions to strengthen the cooperative sector in the state.

During the review, the Minister emphasized the effective and timely implementation of the e-PACS system and directed that adequate, well-trained and technically competent human resources be ensured for its smooth operation. He stressed the need to provide proper and practical training to newly appointed employees on the e-PACS system.

Sarang also instructed officials to ensure the availability of computer-proficient staff in all districts of the state. Highlighting the shortage of human resources, he directed that the deficiency be addressed at the earliest and that recruitment for required posts be initiated through the MP Online portal.

The Minister underlined that developing the Cooperation Department as a digital, innovative and transparent system is among the key priorities of the state government. He called upon officials to work with commitment to strengthen institutional capacity and improve service delivery across the cooperative framework.
