A one-day training programme under the NABARD-sponsored SoftCoB scheme for B-PACS personnel was successfully organised on Wednesday, by the Cooperative Training Centre, Naugaon, at the District Central Cooperative Bank Headquarters, Tikamgarh.
The programme began with the traditional worship of Goddess Saraswati and lighting of the lamp by the chief guests and resource persons. Centre Principal Shirish Purohit welcomed the dignitaries and briefed participants on the activities of the Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Union, CHCDS, the SoftCoB training scheme, the National Cooperative Policy 2025, and the Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Policy 2023.
District Central Cooperative Bank CEO Anupam Pandey delivered a lecture on banking operations and appreciated the SoftCoB training initiative. Various experts addressed topics including e-PACS, MARKFED activities, PACS computerisation, audit and accounts, agriculture, fertiliser management, and HDMC diploma courses.
DDM NABARD Tikamgarh, Mirza Faisal Beg, shared detailed insights on NABARD initiatives, sought feedback on PACS computerisation, and praised the training programme.
A large number of PACS managers and bank staff attended the programme, which concluded with a vote of thanks.
