The Annual General Body Meeting of the Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Limited was held at the Community Centre in Sector 22 under the chairmanship of Satinder Pal Singh Sidhu, marking its first AGM in nearly 13 years. The long-awaited meeting witnessed the presence of the vice chairman, managing director, board members, bank staff and a large number of shareholders.
Addressing the gathering, the chairman described the convening of the AGM after such a long gap as a major milestone for the bank. All agenda items placed before the General Body were unanimously approved, indicating strong shareholder confidence, transparency and sound governance.
Managing Director Anuradha Chagti thanked the board, shareholders and staff for their continued support and cooperation, noting that collective efforts were key to the bank’s progress.
