Residents of the Sumerpur Assembly Constituency in Pali district of Rajasthan have received a significant boost as the State Cooperative Department has approved the establishment of ten new Gram Seva Cooperative Societies.
This development follows the persistent efforts of Animal Husbandry Minister Joraram Kumawat and the proactive support of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, according to an official tweet from the Government of Rajasthan.
Minister Kumawat informed that the new societies have been sanctioned in the villages of Salodariya, Balupura, Paldi Jod, Jawai Bandh, Gogara, Kheemaada, Galthani, Naovi, Vaderwas, and Giradada.
He noted that the formation of these societies will significantly improve access to essential agricultural inputs, credit facilities, and cooperative services at the grassroots level. The initiative is expected to strengthen rural infrastructure, support farmers, and promote greater self-reliance across the Sumerpur region.
