Speakers emphasised strengthened governance, capacity building, and financial support systems as key pillars for rural growth.
Meanwhile, in Sunderbani (Rajouri district, J&K), Day 3 was celebrated with a flag hoisting ceremony led by the Cooperative Marketing Society. Addressing the gathering, officials stressed the importance of cooperatives in supporting farmers, women’s groups, youth, and local entrepreneurs.
