Dear sir,
Our building is 21 years old. Some member have extended balcony grill up to 2 to 3.4 ft. As new member we also submitted plan for same but were not allowed. There is no structural load on bldg. What if we go ahead?

Installation of Grills protruding outside the main wall requires Committee’s approval as also BMC approval. New Building Plans include approval to the Grills if planned from the beginning.
