Pune District Central Co-operative Bank has extended financial assistance of Rs 1 crore 26 lakh 51 thousand to the Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Relief Fund towards flood relief efforts.
The cheque was handed over on Tuesday to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
The bank has consistently come forward to assist in such humanitarian initiatives.
On this occasion, Agriculture Minister Dattatray Bharane, Bank Chairman Prof. Dr. Digambar Durgade, Vice-Chairman Sunil Chandere, members of the Board of Directors, and senior bank officials were present.
