Uttar Pradesh Cooperation Minister J.P.S. Rathore met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday at Lucknow and held an extensive discussion on a wide range of issues concerning the Cooperation Department.
The meeting focused on the progress of ongoing schemes, new initiatives to strengthen cooperative institutions, and measures to enhance the participation of farmers and rural entrepreneurs in the cooperative movement.
Rathore apprised the Chief Minister of various reforms and development programmes being implemented to make the cooperative sector more transparent, efficient, and self-reliant.
He also highlighted upcoming plans aimed at expanding credit access, modernising cooperative societies, and promoting digital governance within the sector.
