Kerala’s Pride Multistate Credit Co-operative Society has been honored with the prestigious “Best Cooperative Society in India” award at the National Co-operative Banking Summit & Frontiers in Co-operative Banking Awards held in Goa.
Goa’s Cooperation Minister Subhash Shirodkar presented the award to Chairman Dr. N. Sairam, CEO Mr. Shailesh C. Nair, and COO Mr. Pawsan Varghese, who jointly accepted the honor on behalf of Pride Credit Co-operative Society.
A release sent by the society to Indian Cooperative reads, “This national recognition is based on the society’s exemplary operational excellence and sustained growth, standing out among hundreds of cooperative societies across India.”
Headquartered in Kozhikode, Pride Credit Co-operative Society has demonstrated consistent progress, expanding its network to over 45 branches and servicing more than one lakh members.
The release further added, “Over the past four years, the society has received multiple awards and distinctions for innovation, transparency, and member-focused service, underscoring its leadership and credibility in the Indian cooperative banking sector.”
